Pattern Play
10 Mar
Love the busyness of these patterns, and the way that they somehow clash and match at the same time. Not to mention the fact that the pants can totally double as pajamas. I won’t lie, I totally fell asleep in them after taking these photos. The top here is actually a dress (via Amazon Fashion), so I am excited to try and style a completely different look with it.
Spent the weekend in sunny Florida celebrating my grandma’s 90th birthday with family. Pretty impressive, and she’s still as hilarious and sassy as ever. A true role model in every way. I feel very lucky to have such an amazing, silly, and supportive family. There is nobody I would rather spend my time with!
And the fun is only beginning…Tuesday I am off to Austin for SXSW. Not only will it be great to stay away from the New York City cold, but I’ve never been to Texas and am basically out of my mind obsessed with Mexican food. Get in on the fun and follow me on Instagram?

I’m not going to lie, normally mismatched, crazy, all-over-the-place patterns drive me bonkers; however, somehow this works! It’s an outfit I just can’t help but stare at (in a good way). Really well played, and it can be dressed up or down. It looks super comfortable (as apparently it is since you fell asleep in it). Looks cute with the solid black pumps, but I’m wondering how some snazzy silver sandals would accent the ensemble?
