Fresh Crop
15 Feb
Survived week one in New York, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every single second so far. Blake and I are well on our way to furnishing our apartment…I am so excited to share the finished product with y’all once it’s ready! Walking anywhere and everywhere has quickly become my new favorite pastime – it is like a never ending adventure and I am coming across one cool thing after the next. I’ll just go ahead and say it…I ♥ NY.
Oh, and Fashion Week! Timing sure worked out on that front. With my never-ending to do list as of late, I wasn’t able to make it to as many shows as I’d have liked to. I was, however, able to get my fix with BCBGMAXAZRIA, Cynthia Rowley and Alice + Olivia (which all rocked). But the best part of NYFW, as always, was getting to see good friends and make some new ones!
Hope you guys are having a great week so far. Thanks for tuning in and letting me share the start of this new chapter with you — your comments and support along the way have helped me so much!!
*head to toe: Karen Walker sunglasses, Juicy Couture faux fur jacket, ASOS cropped top, Foley + Corinna bag, Nasty Gal pleated skirt, bebe booties

Hi, what color is your sunglasses? Is it in black or the animal printed one? I love your sunglasses very much.

Hi Crissy! Thanks so much. :)
They are actually a brownish color — I am not sure that they make them anymore. I LOVE the tortoise color, though!

Great outfit, I especially love the boots. Are those pics taken in front of your new building? Because if so, I live like 4 doors down….so weird!

Love this look! Great shoes, great skirt and glasses. I, myself, have been wearing longer skirts lately. They also put the mind at ease on windy days :D
