Now that what’s seemed like the most dragged-out Halloween is over, I’m fully embracing the “holiday season”. Bring on the scented candles, mulled wine, twinkling lights and everything else that comes with this joyous time of year.

Also, while I love me some spring pastels and summer brights…earthier tones have always been my favorite to wear.

I am loving everything at Nasty Gal right now. The clothes are amazing…and then they add their hot models and killer styling to the mix, and it all becomes pretty much irresistible.

Here are a few of my favorite pieces — excited to see so much color making way into the fall and winter seasons. Ka-pow!

I’m a firm believer that basic doesn’t have to mean boring. Sometimes a comfy white tee is all you need and a subtle pop of color can go a long way. I also have a total weakness for anything leather…just can’t get enough of it these days!

Recently had the pleasure of filming this fun little video at my apartment with Azalea Boutique. Not only is Azalea one of my favorite spots to shop, but it was also the first place I worked when I moved to SF 6+ years ago. Ahh, nostalgia. :)

Another weekend come and gone, but it sure was a good one! Ventured east for the Treasure Island Music Festival yesterday where we hung with friends and danced the day away.

Today was a lazy one — my favorite kind of Sunday. Hope y’all enjoyed the weekend!

I decided to get a little freakier than normal with this outfit. I dig the menswear trend going ’round, but my broad gymnast shoulders leave me hesitant to take it any further than a berry colored suit ensemble.

A couple weeks back I had the pleasure of collaborating with Polyvore to style a look with their super cute Rebecca Minkoff Dee clutch. I love this thing and have been wearing the heck out of it ever since!

Not only did we get to frolic around the Embarcadero for a bit (which I always enjoy), but our mini photo shoot was followed by dinner at Epic with some of my favorite blogging chicks, Jennie, Anh and Blair. ♥

This weekend we decided to flee the city and head to Sausalito for an afternoon of eating and drinking by the beach. We hit a cool new spot called Bar Bocce – where you can hang by a fire pit, sip sangria, and even toss around a ball in the sand, if you so desire. Not only that but they have a killer thin crust pizza. SOLD!
