Spotted! A Dress and A Giveaway

I have always been a fan of polkadots, but the paper thin material and low-cut back on this dress is what did it for me. New favorite? Perhaps! Had some fun braiding a scarf into my hair to top it off.

*head to toe: Marc Jacobs scarf, Chanel sunglasses, Tart dress c/o Tart Collections, BCBG blazer, Alexander Wang bag, Patricia field belt, Steve Madden boots
