This skirt really reminds me of an accordion. I discovered it while thrift shopping a couple weeks back, and the $3.99 price tag made it basically impossible to resist. It’s made of heavy wool, so perfect for a mild SF winter day!
*head to toe: Alexander Wang wrap top, vintage skirt, faux fur bag & socks from Urban Outfitters, Jessica Simpson Dany platforms

This outfit has smething cute about it! x

Nothing better than a great find. I’m also loving your purse! Quick question about the Dany’s, I’ve been on the fence with them since I first spotted them but was unsure about how the sizes ran. Would you say that they’re true to size?

You look so cute! Love the gray and cranberry together. Such a beautiful color combo. I’ve never seen the Dany platforms in that pattern; they are hot.

Gorgeous!! I love the skirt and $3.99 is sweeet (and i’m in junior high?). You scored on the Dany’s – I picked up the purple velvet and am just waiting to pull those babies out…hoping not to twist an ankle. hehe

I’m a huge fan Jessica’s shoes, they are super stylish and not that expensive, and the materials are very nice! … Are those comfy enough to wear all day? Cause ir they happen to be, then I’m so getting them!

Yes! The texture of these specific ones make them a little rough around the ankles (hence the socks), but otherwise they’re totally easy to walk in! And they are on sale right now too :)

i love the colour on your skirt, your bag is super fab too!

Love the color of that skirt! Nasty Gal had a skirt and a few pairs of JC shoes in that pretty wine color and I was dying for every piece! The picture of the shoes is a great shot and I love those little crocheted socks.

I love the snakeskin Dany’s. I have the black ones and they are definitely some of my most comfortable platforms. I loooove that sweater.

Ooh, I love the Dany’s in that print! I have them in tan but I’ve been lusting after the black version. #shoeporn

I’ve been craving those JS Dany platforms for a long time. I love how high they are, but the wooden heel makes a little more casual.

And side note how are those shoes walking wise?

Thanks girl! The shoes are not bad at all. Since the platform is so tall they are easy to walk in — not wobbly or anything. And they’re especially comfy with socks on! :)
