Homeward Bound
22 Nov
Thanksgiving is my favorite day of the year, so I decided to embrace my premature excitement, and throw on a festive mustard sweater! It’s totally starting to feel like the holidays around here — little, sparkly Christmas lights are going up on Union Street, and everyone seems to be walking around with a Starbucks cup in hand. If only it snowed in San Francisco!
Tomorrow Lola and I are road tripping down to Orange County to spend the holidays with family (Blake is already there). The drive down the 5 freeway is beyond boring – thank goodness for energy drinks and books on tape! It’ll be worth it, though… there’s just no place like home. <3
*head to toe: Vintage knotted scarf, YesStyle knit sweater, Seneca Rising pleated skirt, Nasty Gal fur boots

I am loving this look!

I love YesStyle but it’s so hard to find something you’re looking for with such a selection! Do you have the link to your sweater or other chunky knits like it?

You look so festive. Mustard is the most under-appreciated color it seems. Enjoy the holidays!
Also, you are welcome to Pittsburgh’s snow (once it arrives, that is…)!

I LOVE that sweater and your boots are fabulous. Where did you get that skirt? It is so cute.
I wish you luck on your drive down to Orange County, I used to do it to LA when I was in school. Definitely boring, but always exciting when you have only 30 minutes more to go and you know you will finally be home :) Hope you have a LOVELY Thanksgiving!

Thanks, hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving too!! The skirt is Seneca Rising, and I got it at a cute little boutique in Orange County called Patina :)
