We were graced with some rare SF sunshine recently. In the spirit of spring I threw on my boyfriend button down and a flapper mini and set off to SOMA – the industrial neighborhood we work in – and found a hot spot that was softened with a little greenery.
This stringy skirt was such a steal, and it has been a treasured part of my wardrobe for a few years now. I am most inspired by 1920′s fashion and take every opportunity I can to channel this decade with my outfit choices…
Wearing: LF sun hat, vintage pearl necklace, Zara top & chain bag, Express flapper skirt, Juicy Couture faux fur jacket, Jeffrey Campbell clogs, David Yurman, Tiffany, & Ron Herman bracelets.

Hey all you lucky ducks headed to Coachella, this post is for you! I’d love nothing more than to gather a pile of rompers & bandeau tops and skip off to the desert for the weekend. Sad to say I won’t be there this year, but for those of you who are making the trek, have a blast!

Don’t forget your sunblock, chapstick & shades. And if you take any Coachella style photos along the way, I’d love to see ‘em when you get back! xxLaura

I have been seeing lots of candy colored hair lately. I love this adventurous look and think it makes for fantastic photos.
I used to sport purple streaks back when my hair was short. Don’t believe me? See for yourself! (ha ha)
Wishing I could pull off the full-blown pastel hair, but I’d be tired of it the second I ran out of outfits that didn’t clash. Ashley Olsen has the right idea with the subtle highlights, though – I think she looks so pretty!
Would you try candy colored locks?

Yesterday we went to the San Francisco Vintners Market at Fort Mason. It was a first of it’s kind, farmer’s market-style event where you could taste and buy wines from the 200+ participating wineries. Needless to say it was a delightful afternoon and we came home with a few fantastic bottles.
Outside of Fort Mason…the scenery there is unbeatable.
West/Feren mini cross-body bag
Jeffrey Campbell moccasins
LF leopard tights, bandage skirt, & oatmeal tank
TopShop sweater
Entrance into the gigantic Fort Mason (filled with wines from around the world).
I met another fashion blogger! Stop by Alysa’s site, Plaid Stockings, and check out her personal style photos.
Headed back to Fort Mason for the San Francisco International Beer Festival (aka Beerfest) in two weeks…we just can’t stay away!

It’s a gloomy Saturday – it’s cold and dark and icky outside. But we’re not about to let that stop us! We are going to the San Francisco Vintners Market (dubbed the farmers market for wine) to taste and buy. Even though the sky is gray, if this day can turn out half as lovely as these colorless photos, I think we’ll be in good shape.
