We had fun in the sun this weekend and headed over to the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade/Festival near the Civic Center. After chugging a Guinness or two, we stumbled up the street to the funky little motel where my dad was staying with his friends. Being that they were in town for a Grateful Dead reunion show of sorts, the Phoenix’s “rock n’ roll” reputation drew them in.
While I’m not typically a motel kinda gal, this place is a total gem! And the artsy surroundings made for a fun-filled photo shoot.

Love, love, love this post. You look gorgeous and the motel (I’m with you – don’t do motels) actually looks inviting. I will have to try it sometime!
